Online Payments

I have updated the invoice business verification as requested at the end of Jan and had confirmation from myob that it was successful however I can not send invoices and says at the top of the invoice page " Your business verification is incomplete, and invoice share functionality has been restricted" I have many invoices to email out today and its very frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I am also having similar issues.  I don't want to use online invoicing and I don't understand why they need all this information just to allow us to email invoices directly from MYOB.  Very frustrating

    Same here...and when I contacted through phone, I was told my waiting period to talk to the concerned team will be 200 minutes..How some one can hold the phone for 3 and half hours?

      I hope it get solved soon. Ive sent a support request but still nothing.

      Hi Sujeev,

      Looking at your account, we can see that it was completed yesterday. We've made some changes on the backend, so you shouldn't be having this issue anymore. For StacySF , our support team is already working on it, and you'll be receiving an email to submit some of the required documentation.

        Thankyou Earl, however I still haven't received an email since I put in the request a day ago. I did complete this in Jan and had an email saying everything was ok.

    I am also having problems with the verification.  I have received an email to say the verification is incomplete and click here to finalise.  I click, log in and it says verification pending. You will be notified when completed.  Meanwhile I am not able to email invoices to customers.  I do not want to receive payment in alternate ways and am confused why we need to do this.  Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

      In addition to above, apparently I am not authorised to access the transactions or statements tab when I log in to try to complete the verification process.

  • I am having the same trouble, can't get any help from MYOB, they send me a generic email, then close my case as resolved, I've been trying to get assistance since 3rd Feb, tried ringing & on hold for an hour today waiting for assistance then they hung up on me, just going round in circles.
