I have a handful of customers that still require a printed invoice. When I print the template, it cuts off the first centimetre. I've looked at changing print setting to accommodate this but can't and tried to edit the template but can't. Can anyone assist?

Thanks for your post.
In this matter, I suggest going to Sales Settings >> Template >> Check the invoice layout you are using. You can also create a new template and then save it as default. If it will not work you may try another browser.
