Duplicate Invoices in MYOB from 3rd Party software (API)

Question

Hi MYOB Support&nbsp;We are having some issues with a Third party software pushing through duplicate invoices into MYOB AccountRight.&nbsp;Is this a MYOB issue? or an issue with the third party software?&nbsp;I already have ticked the preference sales setting "Warn for duplicate invoice numbers on Recorded Sales" - however we are still getting duplicate invoices pushed in from the thrid party software.&nbsp;Kind Regards&nbsp;Sam

Hi Samuel5&nbsp;, welcome to the forum.&nbsp; Which software is it? You'll need to contact their support team in the first instance, because their program drives the creation of invoices.&nbsp;
