Hi Kel359,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If your AccountRight file is online and you're planning on cancelling the subscription, you will need to take a back up of the online file. Once backed up you can restore this file locally via your AccountRight desktop program and view the file as read only.
