Balance showing on invoice when paid in full

Question

We have an issue where a purchases invoice is showing a balance when it has been fully paid.

The total invoice amount is $177.87.
The applied amount recorded in History (and verified in the bank feed) is $177.87.

However a balance of $60 is showing?

Hithe history amount says 117.86 allocated to this invoice&nbsp;if the bank says that indeed 177.86 was paid then look to see if the payment was allocated across 2 different invoices&nbsp;go into history and then do into the payment&nbsp;you may need to delete the payment and reapply&nbsp;&nbsp;hope that helps&nbsp;lisa
