Custom Invoice Low Resolution

We had setup custom invoices on a Windows 7 machine and they worked fine.  When printing to PDF, the quality was good and we could edit those invoices using any PDF editor.

However, we have upgraded the machine to Windows 11 and now the invoice resolution is very poor, plus they cannot be edited.  Does anyone know if this is a Windows 11 issue, or some setting in MYOB?

    Hi BradleyH

     

    Sounds like your transition to a newer version of Windows didn't translate flawlessly. If you’re doing things the same way in Windows 11 as you were in Windows 7, it’s pretty unlikely to be a MYOB problem. It’s more likely the PDF reader on the computer, or the PDF “printer”/driver that Windows is using to create the file.

    Best bet would be to get an IT person to check the PDF software and printer driver settings on that machine, and update or reinstall them if needed.
