Default Invoice Email Not Displaying Correctly

When I go to the sales invoice to send an invoice via email, the email is not showing correctly, ie:  there is no line spacing.  However when I go to the Dashboard and look at the Default Invoice Email setting, the email is displaying correctly with line spaces.  Advice would be appreciated please. Many thanks.

    Hi Jules23,

     

    There don't seem to be any reported cases similar to yours. It might be best to create a support ticket from the MYOB Account window so a support representative can help you troubleshoot your email text spacing issue.

    Line spacing on invoices usually depends on how the specific invoice is set up. I recommend reading through this link for more information regarding this.

    Hi Genreve_S 

    Sorry I should have been more specific.

    When I go to email the sales invoice to the customer, from the "Send To" button, drop down and click "email", the email information message is displayed with no lines.  Last week I amended a couple of words of the body of the email message via the Dashboard under the Default Email Settings,  which all appears correct layout when I amended it and also when I went back and viewed it at the Dashboard "Default Email Settings", but when I go to email the sales invoice at the Send To button, the body of the email is not showing line spacing and is appearing different to what is appearing on the Dashboard.  I hope this explains it.
