emailed invoice payment link

HI, Previously i could email invoices to customers and they could pay through a link.

During the last few months a number of customers have said that they can no longer access the link to pay.

They have tried different browsers and cleared their cache.

Can you help me with this issue?

    Hi crickets, it might be that the option is unticked when the invoice is generated
    You can check this setting as per the below screenshot

    Can this be set up as a default across all invoices?
