Unfortunately your email is being treated as spam by Apple's servers.

You say you're sending directly from AccountRight so does your email get through ok if you print the invoice to pdf and send it as an attachment directly from Outlook? It's more work.

Maybe someone from MYOB can also check why Apple's iCloud is treating your email as spam.

  • Hi tc4000,

    Thank you for your post.

It seems you're encountering issues while sending invoices to an iCloud address from AccountRight. The error message you received indicates that the delivery failure is due to a policy restriction set by the recipient's email service provider. Unfortunately, this issue is beyond our control as it pertains to policies set by iCloud. But you could try to attach the invoice as a PDF or another file format to see if it might help bypass any email delivery restrictions.

Please let me know if you require any further assistance, and I'm here to help in any way I can.

    Cheers,

    Princess
