Error message when try to save invoice

When we try to save an invoice, the following error appears:

 

Something's gone wrong and accountright needs to close.

 

The error details say Code: System.DivideByZeroException

 

We have tried the things on the commuinty page to fix the error: restarted computer and accountright, tried to clear the browser history cache & cookies, ticked & unticked the tax inclusive box on the invoice, there are no negative items that we are trying to sell from inventory .....

 

It looks like someone on the MYOB community previously had a script written over the file to fix the issue.

 

Another user was able to create a dummy invoice & save it, however when they tried to delete it the Something's gone wrong and accountright needs to close error came up.

 

Please help!

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in creating an invoice. The error log "System.DivideByZeroException" generally happens when you have a discount on the sale/purchase transaction. May I get you to send us a screenshot of the transaction you are attempting to create?

    Thanks for the response and the screenshot you've attached. 

     

    Unfortunately, the screenshot does not show the contents of the invoice as it is covered by the error message. May I ask for a copy that shows the invoice you are trying to create?
