Error Online payment link

When I click on the "Pay Now" button on an emailed Tax Invoice I am getting the following error.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN - see attached.

How do I fix?

    Hi RB73,

Thanks for your post and for providing a screenshot of the error message.

There could be a few reasons why you get an error message like this when clicking the Pay Now button. One possible reason could be related to the status of the Pay Now button. There are certain situations where the Pay Now button is not available. For instance, if the invoice sender has deactivated the Pay Now button on all invoices, this status is not selectable in the Support portal. I would recommend using a different browser or an incognito first before clicking the Pay Now link, or refreshing the browser by clearing the cache and cookies on it. If this doesn't work, you may request a new online payment link from the sender.

However, if neither of these scenarios apply, you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. Use MOCA for immediate queries and assistance. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team.

Otherwise, if my response has answered your question, please click on "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this information.

    Kind regards,

    Shella

    Thanks for your response.

I was the sender and I wanted to check it was working as no customers where using the option and chosing to direct deposit.  Today all is fine so not exactly sure what the issue was.

    Hi RB73

    Thanks for the response.

Based on the error message screenshot you've provided. It seems that the issue is connected to your DNS (Domain Name System). I recommend opening the link in a different device and internet connection, to confirm the issue. If the issue only happens on your first device, you might need to reach out to an IT personnel to have this fixed. Here is a link from kinsta.com that might help: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/dns_probe_finished_nxdomain/.

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.

    Thanks,
    Genreve
