I'm having issues loading documents to the In Tray. They disappear as soon as I try to Create a Bill.

Thanks for taking the time to raise this - if you go to the browser version do you also see the number of documents in upload as incorrect? Let me know, I'll be able to follow up with the team.

Nothing to upload then. I won't use the web browser version.
I am having this same issue in desktop, but when online the InTray is correct.

Our product teams are aware of an issue affecting the display of documents in the desktop version. A workaround while we investigate further is to view your file in the browser version, you'll see the correct figure displayed. Updates will be posted on this post in our Ideas Exchange, I recommend hitting the bell icon on the top right to keep up to date.

Thanks Amanda, I appreciate your reply. It is interesting that you say the update will be done in Ideas Exchange. This is not really a new idea, it is an upgrade error.
