In Tray Issues
I've opened up MYOB this morning and have over 2,000 documents in my in tray - these documents are from existing bills/transactions that have been allocated into our system from 2018-2019.
No one has altered anything but they are all there ( the original purchase register is still in system just no attachements) - Our year is locked from 30/6/23 so not sure how this has occured?
is this any issue with MYOB
