In Tray Issues

I've opened up MYOB this morning and have over 2,000 documents in my in tray - these documents are from existing bills/transactions that have been allocated into our system from 2018-2019. No one ha...

Thanks for your post.

 

Regarding your concern about In Tray documents showing up from existing bill, I would recommend to clear cache, use a different device and have other users of the file who has access to In Tray to log in and see if same thing is happening to them.
