InTray Processing Large Invoices

Sometimes (ie weekly) we receive an invoice of 20-30 pages and the document on the InTray just sits there for hours on end spinning its cogs. The file meets the criteria of <10MB and we were just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and how they resolved it.

 

We have tried it with the Desktop Version, web version, downloading the files and putting them into the InTray, emailing the invoice to MYOB and it doen't seem to want to work.

 

All of the other invoices we download the InTray handles with some ease and these can be from the same supplier and are all downloaded exactly the same.

 

MYOB can't help me, which is a bit sad. :(

    Regarding your concern, may I ask if you have tried to use the MYOB capture app? Also, could you try refreshing your browser and uploading the documents in the In Tray one by one?

        Thanks for the update on this. Thank you for your efforts in trying the suggestions we have provided to you, and we are sorry that it did not resolve the problem. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. 
         
        Regarding your concern, we suggest to you the Capture App where you can capture or scan documents and send them directly to In Tray. However, if you will be using your own photocopier device to scan documents directly to the In Tray, this is not possible with the software. For further information, please refer to this Help Article: Using the MYOB Capture app. 
         
        You may also look through the Working with Tray Documents article, which has detailed information to assist with this.
