Invoice attachment to email error

Hi team,

i have experienced an unusual error where someone else's invoice was attached to one of my invoice emails.
The MYOB link within the email directed my client to the correct invoice but the attached invoice, although it did have all of my MYOB invoicing defaults (including payment details, etc), had incorrect service details belonging to someone else's account as well as incorrect invoice and payment due dates.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

    Thank you for your post. I would like to look into this further. Kindly send me a private message with the following details so we can investigate:

     

    • Serial Number
    • Company File ID (Help >> About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Account Name (Company Name)
    • Your full name and email address
    • Any screenshots of the invoice that was sent with incorrect details
