Thank you for flagging this to us. Regarding your concern, If the invoices appear as delivered in the MYOB Activity, that may indicate an issue on the client's end. Additionally, sometimes businesses with higher security on their emailing platform will not only filter some emails to spam. but will reject them altogether. You may also suggest the client's whitelist with the following email address "noreply@apps.com", the address used to send MYOB invoices and quotes to the customer.
You can also check out this Help Article: Setting up AccountRight to send emails. Please double-check that emailing, and invoices have been set up properly on your end.
