Invoice Reminders

When i select Invoice Reminders the screen comes up blank so I can't set up the reminders

 

Any suggestions please.

    Thanks for your post. This sounds like there is something not lining up with your preferences of the browser. Could you try opening this setting via AccountRight in the browser via app.myob.com? You can find the setting under Business Name>Sales settings>Reminders.

     

    Let me know how you get on with this.

    I am also having this issue.  I am using a Chrome browser and nothing has changed recently.

    I can access it online but I would prefer to be able to do it as I normally would.

    Hi SDuddy 

     

    Thanks for your feedback. Our developers are still working towards a fix. In the meantime the only option is to use a workaround which is to open the AccountRight browser app.myob.com. Go into Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings.

    I am having the same issue. Did you manage to find a solution? I would be interested in any ideas.
