Invoices are being duplicated

Invoices that we have posted today either through orders or direct to invoice are being duplicated, ie the exact same invoice is being posted twice, therefore inflating sales & reducing inventory. Any ideas how to fix?

    Hi Todd_Harding ,

    Thanks for your post. If you’ve accidentally duplicated an invoice, you’ll need to delete the duplicate. To do this, find the new invoice in the Invoices list and delete it. For more information, please see this help article. Duplicating an invoice

    Hi there Todd_Harding

     

    If there are duplicated invoices, you'll need to check if a payment has been applied to it. If there's a payment, delete that first, then the invoice. You can check this link for more information.
