item prices

Hi, Hoping someone can tell me why this has happened and how this can be fixed.

 

If I go into my items register and look at an item it shows me the details of the item an the correct pricing.

See attached

 

If I go to the reports and print a detailed price list of the same item there are different lists of pricing. 

See below.

Yes the pricing was updated 6 months ago. The detailed pricing report show old and current pricing. Why?

    Hi AWPERTHWA 

     

    As Komal_S suggested try clearing your cache - however I doubt that will help. This problem is normally caused by duplicate entries in MYOB in the price matrix. When importing prices, MYOB has created a new entry instead of updating a previous (MYOB glitch not a user fault). Sometimes MYOB will use one entry, and other times the other. MYOB should have a script they can run over the file to fix this. To confirm, do a Item Export and check the entries for this Item exactly match the displayed prices.
