Myob accountright emailed invoices are not able to be opened

We have had several customers email us in the last two days that they are not able to access the invoice that gets sent out via email, is there any issues currently with myob that may be causing this or caused this?

    Hi AndrewK 

     

    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. The first troubleshooting step I recommend is to resend the invoice to a different email address, and see if you are able to access the invoice.

     

    If you are then it would likely to be an environmental issue with either your customer's email program or their device. You could then ask them to try to access the invoice using a different device and see if the issue still occurs.

     

    If the above does not help to resolve your issue could you please reply with more details about the issue - if they get an error message? or what exactly occurs when they attempt to access the invoice?
