Rejected Email- Blacklisted Trend Micro
Hi,
My invoices are coming back with a rejected email when sent from MYOB. It is only happening with one clients email I have never had issues with them receiving our invoices before. They have had their IT department look into it and have said the I.P address has been blacklisted by Trend Micro. They adjusted their settings at their end to manually accept our invoices but they are still being returned as rejected.
I have tried adding MYOB's SPF
v=spf1 +mx +a +ip4:185.184.155.106 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ~all
to my email but this has not resolved the issue.
Please enlighten me with what else I can do?
