supplier bill attachments disappearing from sales register

I attach my supplier bills to each transaction but when looking them up in Purchases register some (not all) attachments have disappeared!  So frustrating as we modify PDF's with important information prior to importing into the in tray.  Where are they going and how do I get them back?

    If you click the "Clear AccountRight cache" hyperlink in my previous post, you'll get the instructions on clearing cache.

    I've done that but they have not reappeared. 

    I don't know if this helps but the attachments disappear after "paying a bill", also the only ones disappearing are for foreign currency.

    Can you plesae attach a screenshot of one such pay bill transaction. Please remove any sensitive information from that transaction before publicly posting it here.

    I have paid extemely close attention to what is happening. 

    Modified PDF loaded into In Tray

    In Tray - Create new bill from PDF

    PDF attachment disappears from bill entry if selecting an open purchase order

    Hi sel_17 

    This is a known issue (bug) with AccountRight Desktop and has been for 2+ years now.

    The developers have promised a fix for this and a couple of other issues and still, they have not fixed it.
    From what I have been told, management doesn't want to allocate the resources to fix the issue in the desktop version.


    The only workaround is to open the PDF from intray then enter the purchase from the Purchase Tab, once saved link the document. 

    We work with AccountRight open twice on two screens now for this reason.  Open the PDF from InTray on one screen, enter it on the 2nd screen and then link again from the 1st screen and it 100% stops the issue with linking the document.
