Unable to email direct from MYOB

We are unable to email direct from MYOB. It worked last week, but now it says its emailing but it does not actually send?

    I've just made a post with a similar issue. 

     

    It's not every invoice nor is it the same company that is rejected, also, some go through and some don't. They will send one day and then can bounce back on other days, then it's OK again on the days following. It also seems to mainly affect our larger clients.
