Unable to Upload Invoices in in-tray

Am I the only one experiencing this as I'm not able to upload any docs and invoices in the in-tray. 

It is only showing a gray when I upload docs and invoices (i've attached the image showing this). Can anyone help me please? I have many docs to process.. 

I'm currently using 2020.2.2 version.

    Hi Tokage0116 

    Can you please clear AccountRight cache and then attempt to upload the documents again? Is the same thing happening? If yes, please check the following: 

     

    • Size of the document (You can add documents up to 10MB in size to your In Tray, and in these formats: .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .TIFF, .TIF, and .PNG.)
    • Try emailing it to the intray instead of uploading
    • Can you drag and drop the documents from desktop to intray
