1 Employee with 2 Employee ID. Superannuation Error

I have 1 employee who is setup as 2 employee cards, 1 on Permanent and the other card on casual. When we try to pay super, it gives an error message stating that 2 employees have same super details.

    Hey avinesh,

The error message you've received where there are 2 employees who have the same Super details happens when there are 2 employee cards with the same Super employee membership number. You can remove the Super employee membership number from the first card file and then continue with processing the Super contribution. Make sure to repeat the same process on the second card file. Below is a screenshot of how to do it.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

This does not work for me. I have deleted the super number from the old card and changed the name of the employee and made the card inactive. It still will not process giving the error that the number is duplicated.
