To my understanding, you've already completed the registration for STP. Now, can you please verify what it shows on your screen when you're trying to access the STP? Does it shows "Get started?"

Hi Hannah
I have completed the STP registration and STP reporting was working perfectly until I upgraded. Now, when I go into 'Payroll Reporting' it is requesting that I set up the STP registration again. I have the 'Get Started' window instead of 'Payroll Reporting Centre'.
