Base Hrly payroll showing warning

Question

I am processing a very simple base hrly payroll however I am receiving a warning message saying it will result in a negative leave balance.

I have triple checked the setup and they are a casual so not entitlements, but why is this warning appearing on a base hrly entry?

I ran this payroll last week and did not have this issue?

Thanks for sharing that! If the employee still has a leave balance, you can safely disregard that warning. It's just the system flagging a potential negative balance, but it won't affect the pay if there's still leave sitting there.
