BASE WAGE isnt populating Payroll window anymore???

BASE WAGE isnt populating Payroll window anymore??? When doing pay run anyone on a annual wage their standard gross wage was always there now today we had to manually enter their base wage?????

    Sorry to see no one has responded to you yet. 

     

    This information is pulled from the employee card. If you are still having trouble with this, please check the payroll details within the employee card to make sure that you have this set up correctly. 

     

    I have attached our Help Article on employee payroll information for further details.
