Cant open employee card

Hi There,

 

there is a back end issue (have had it in the past) where i cannot open an employee card. Every time you click to open it says accountright needs to close.

 

This has happened previously many times and usually i just need to call up and you guys can run a script and fix it on the back-end. normally a quick process.

 

Usually occurs if we select a pay category to 'save for future payruns' when processing a payrun, rather than editing the details directly from an employee card. Would be nice if this didnt re-occur all the time.

 

Note: happens across multiple client files, not just this one.
