Change 'owner' in account
Hi there,
We have had some sudden staff changes and the 'owner' of our MYOB account is no longer working with us. Is it possible to change the 'owner' to one of the listed 'online admin'.
1. Can the current owner can do this by logging into their my.MYOB account and select My Account?
2. If they are unable to do that do you have a form I can complete to make this change? How long will this take to process?
