Child Support STP Reporting

Hi MYOB Community,

Hoping for some guidance please. Services Aust has raised an issue with our STP reporting which has only occured recently. Our STP reporting appears now to them as ZERO Child Support and we have never had any issue before. Through investigation we have discovered the below on MYOB. Does anyone know:

1) When the below came into effect for Accountright?

2) If this will be recified and if so how soon?

Child support deductions

You can't currently report your child support deductions to the ATO via STP from AccountRight. This means you can assign Not Reportable as the ATO Reporting Category in your child support deduction payroll categories.

Hi Ischy, more than happy to discuss, although our experience was not as anticipated and MYOB offered no support to resolve the problems. I would definitely not recommend MYOB Advanced Construction-Acumatica as the partner we engaged had little to no experience and the implementation was an epic fail!

I am also having an issue with this. Services Australia have been calling me to find out why MYOB isnt sending through the report via STP as was previously occurring. I cannot find a solution, please advise when this will be fixed.

Hi there, any update now? I'm sick of having to manually reporting this data that should be included in STP reporting automatically. Is this because the ATO doesn't have a category yet? Or MYOB isn't providing the option?

Hi Selena, i spoke with CSA this month and MYOB still havent provided an option, manual reporting is the only way to record the payments. It's very annoying.
