Connection error time out when recording payroll

16.10.23 - getting a connection error time out when recording payroll.

We are grateful that you found this forum useful to your concern and thank you for providing a screenshot of the error you are getting. We are sorry for any difficulties you are experiencing due to this application operation time-out error. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding. 
     
    Regarding this error you are getting when processing the payroll, we do have a timeout extender, which has allowed some of our users to overcome those timeout-related errors. I have sent this timeout extender to you through a private message. To access this, please click on your forum display picture in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then choose the envelope icon that appears.

    We are currently getting a time out error when processing payroll, can you please send the extension to us as well?
