Couldn't Process Payroll for FY25

Question

Hi,&nbsp;We tried to process pay, the first for FY25 but we we couldn't process it.It just ends up like this:&nbsp;We also tried doing it through the web version, but got this error:&nbsp;&nbsp;

To assist you further, could you please confirm the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Setup &gt; Company Information) where you're encountering this error? This info will help us pinpoint the problem and get you back on track.

Hi Doreen,&nbsp;It's 0572.&nbsp;As for company file ID, do you mean the Company Name?
