Employee SMSF payment not received

Hi, 

 

We have an employee that uses a SMSF. Payment was made our end on the 17/11 and funds were deducted from our account and no errors were shown when processing payment however the employee has now informed me that the funds have not been put into that account. 

 

I tried to call your centre to be hung up on 3 times so hoping for an answer here or someone to contact us.
