Employee's superannuation fund isn't accepting pay super from myob

I am trying to pay superannuation for an employee but I am getting a MYOB error to say the the fund can no longer receive contributions from pay super. Does anyone know what I can do? I have confirmed that the superannuation details are all correct and the pay directly box is also ticked.

    Hesta?

Something funky was going on with Hesta which caused this sort of pay failure - The work around was to create a new (don't update the existing) super fund for Hesta from Lists menu item 'Superannuation Funds' then goto each employe and select the new Hesta one you just created then do the pay super again.

    Hi Jaysea

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I am sorry to hear that, I'd be glad to help you with this. If the employee's fund is not accepted in pay super  Make sure they've accrued super which is due to be paid to the fund. Run the Payroll Activity [Detail] report to check. Check that you've selected the Pay directly from AccountRight option in the Superannuation Fund Information window for each of your employee funds. See Check your super fund and employee details.

Feel free to post again, we're happy to help.
    Regards,
    Earl
