Entitlement report error

Question

Dear MYOB Community,&nbsp;All of a sudden, we cannot generate entitlement reports (both Summary and detailed one) prior to 2021 Financial Year.&nbsp; It is very concerning as then we no longer have the entitlement records for those previous years. We have been using MYOB for more than 10 years...&nbsp;Has anyone faced this problem and resolved it? The attached is the error message.&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;Funaccounting&nbsp;The entitlement reports can only be generated for the next and current financial years. If you wish to generate these reports for previous years, please restore a backup for that year and restore it locally.
