Exporting Card Files for Import to new AccountRight File

Hi there,

We are moving our employees (200+) over to a new company file in AccountRight and I have a lot of Inactive (terminated) employees that I do not want to include in the export.

I was wondering if there is a quick way to exclude them from the export file? I have tried deleting them manually from the file but it is very time consuming (over 500 lines to go through) and also it seems to tamper with the integrity of the file making the upload not match up properly to the upload fields.

I already have values in the "identifier" fields so was hoping not to have to use this as it will mean i'll need to change them all back to their proper values once imported.

I've tried the "lists"field  and it keeps coming back blank when I import to the new file.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
