How to enter Payroll YTD figures in MYOB AccountRight half way through the year?

  • Hi Gallowglass

Historical pay information can be entered for an employee into Pay history section of the employee's card:

    1. Navigate to Card File>>Cards Lists
    2. Choose the desired employee's card
    3. Within the Card information window, select the Payroll Details tab
    4. Choose Pay History (LEFT-hand side)
    5. Select Show Pay History for Year-to-date
    6. Enter the desired information

The above process will enter the historical pay information for that employee. More information can be found on Help Article: Enter employee payroll information

It should also be noted that as Payroll Reporting is based on year-to-date information, adding that historical information may impact your Payroll Reporting and records with the ATO if those vales have already been reported through to the ATO through other means.
