Issue accessing an employee card.
Hi myob team
I am constantly having an issue accessing a particular employee card.
Whenever I try getting into the staff's profile, an error message pops up, saying:
"Something's goes wrong with and Account Right needs to close or restart Account Right".
From previous threads, I gather that it can be fixed by you can running a fix to our company file.
I understand for the fix to be applied the following details are required:
- It is an online file
- The last four digits of the serial number is 8206
Please help me out with this issue? Also, if you could sent me a private link to providing you with the error code?
