Leave entitlement Balance still showing after staff member was paid out

We paid out a staff member last year (Aug 23) all their entitlements, however we've just done a Entitlements Balance Summary and as of July 23, its showing 'Available hours' of 550.85 hours. This is happening for multiple staff members.  

How can we fix this?

    We're sorry for the delayed response.

     

    If you have paid the employee's entitlements but there are still available hours showing, you can process a void pay run with only the entitlements balance number of hours so that it will be deleted from the Entitlement Balance Summary report. Make sure to put a negative on the entitlement balance to reduce it. Please let us know how it goes on your end.
