Leave Entitlements

Good morning.  Our leave balances have not rolled over and even running the entitlements report shows zero BBF for the new financial year.  Is this because I have not yet closed FY 2025?

Thanks Kylie

Hey Kylie, just been on chat to get this sorted. They ran a script but it did not work. Case has been escalated to Data File Repair team. If you haven't done so already get on chat to get sorted.

Hi.  They are asking if you received a case number that I can advise them of?

My case reference number is 02403177.  It may assist you if you need to place a MOCA query for the customer service representative to refer to.

If you find you have this issue these are items I was asked for that may assist you to have prepared.

1.Payroll categories Entitlement setup screen shots

2.Payroll report Entitlements for current FY 2026 screen shot.  I also sent a screen shot of the FY 2025 report showing there were balances

3.Company file id - Click on help and select About MYOB AccountRight

Additional information.  I also had the issue of not being able to record this weeks payroll.  MOCA advised to clear current caches, which did not work, and I had to call the 1300 number to have it resolved this morning.

Resolution:  They successfully ran a script to recalculate entitlement carryover balance, then log out and log back in.  Rerun entitlement reports to confirm BBF is now correct.

Then through Single Touch Payroll Reporting Page Hit send update event, which unfortunately produces zero payslips but I advised staff to expect a zero payslip showing YTD balances.

    Hope this helps you!
