Missing employee

Hi All

 

Registered new employee on MYOB on Monday.  Received notification of the change from MYOB but can't find the employee in the system.  Do I input their details again?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble locating the newly registered employee. Could you specify where exactly you're unable to find them in the system? If it's related to the payroll screen, it might be helpful to double-check the pay frequency from the employee's card file. If it's a different issue, could you provide further details?     All good thanks.  Sorted on the day and processed payroll afterward without difficulty.
