Myob online does NOT use the payslip form chosen, it uses the default which cannot be changed.

Hi

 

The payslip form that is sending in emails via the online version is NOT the one configured in the desktop "Advanced filters" settings on the desktop.

  • how to change the default payslip being used for emails in the online version?
  • alternatively, how to customise the default Payroll_PaySlipSummary form??? I tried to customise this from the desktop and save over the top of it, but it wont let you replace the form with the same name.

Very annoying!

    Hi nth_88,

     

    Totally get where you're coming from. It can be a bit frustrating when the pay slip you've carefully set up in the desktop version doesn't carry across online. Some of those desktop features (like choosing your own pay slip templates) aren't available in the web version. The good news is we've already had an idea raised on our Ideas Board about adding personalised pay slip templates to the browser version.     For now, if you'd like to stick with the customised pay slip you've created, the best way is to keep using the desktop version when sending them out.
