Name for pay slip
Hi,
We got a pay item name (New Sales - Commission), Name for pay slip (Comission), but why the payslip still showing New Sales - Commission and not Commission?
How can I fix this?

Thank you for your post.
In AccountRight you should be able to change the (New Sales- Commission ) to (Commission) by going to Payroll >> Payroll Categories >> open the old category name to change the name to the desired payroll category name. This new name should be showing on pay slip once you process a new payroll.
If it's still the same after changing the category name, please send us a screenshot so that we can take a look and assist further.
If you've processed a payroll and need to rectify the pay slip name, you can reverse and re- process the pay roll with the correct category name. Our Help Article, Changing a recorded pay, has detailed information to assist with this.
