Thank you for the post and for letting us know your concern. It saddens me to hear that, but if you want to cancel your subscription, I'll be glad to assist you with this. You can log in to myaccount.myob.com and choose the account you would like to access and click Go to my account. Go to the Support menu and choose Contact support. You need to fill out all the necessary information and click Send message. Cancelling your MYOB subscription, has detailed information and instructions to assist you with this.
