Negative superannuation is not calculated on megative pays

When processing a pay that end up being negative, eg overpaid one hour, and wanting to process negative one hour... the normal hours are fine but the superannuation does not get adjusted on the pay, so we have to do this manually by calculating it and putting it in the appropriate fields.

Is there a way to automatically calculate negative super when the pay is negative?

    Hi

    Any advice would be great....

Currently what is happening is that when hours paid go in to negative territory, we are still paying super on the previous amount which means we are overpaying super.

    Hi Samer Hakim (Samer)

Thank you for your post. The reason that is not adjusting the super, is that super is always calculated on a monthly basis.

For this reason, if you are entering a pay run for weekly or fortnightly, then it will not auto-adjust the super amount and will need to be overwritten manually.
