Pay reversal - but had finalised pay for the year

Question

HiA staff member has reversed an employee's pay run, as the date range was incorrect.The intention was to correct the date range, which had been incorrectly entered for a 4 week period from 20th June to 18th July of this year ie it crossed into the new financial year.As indicated, the employee's pay had been 'finalised' in respect of the STP obligationIt shoud have only been for a week from 20th June.Anyway she reversed the pay but now we're unable to recreate the correct pay run, which relates to a single week from Monday 19th June to Friday 23rd June.What should we now do?thanksMichael&nbsp;

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. If we already finalize the FY 2022-2023 all changes that you make for that FY period will not reflect on your YTD Verification, as it was finalized. Also, ATO only collects YTD data so if the change does not affect the YTD values then you won't need to undo finalization or fix the pay run.&nbsp;

May I know what hinders you from making the correct pay run? Also, any screenshots of the error message would be much appreciated.&nbsp;
