Pay reversal - but had finalised pay for the year
Hi
A staff member has reversed an employee's pay run, as the date range was incorrect.
The intention was to correct the date range, which had been incorrectly entered for a 4 week period from 20th June to 18th July of this year ie it crossed into the new financial year.
As indicated, the employee's pay had been 'finalised' in respect of the STP obligation
It shoud have only been for a week from 20th June.
Anyway she reversed the pay but now we're unable to recreate the correct pay run, which relates to a single week from Monday 19th June to Friday 23rd June.
What should we now do?
