Pay super

I paid super before 30/06/2025 it was fine.

 

Now it getting failed?

 

Received this email why??

 

Hi Ekta,

Thank you for choosing to make your super payments with MYOB.

We have been notified by your clearing house that some or all of your most recent payment of $7,021.10, submitted at 11:21pm on 21/07/2025 AEST, has failed with the following details:

Payment Status: Payment Failed
Support Batch Id: 5175931

Clearing House Error:
Error Code: 4030, Error Message: Employer 28614088005 not found
(one or more payments to a Super fund have failed; wait for a refund and follow the instructions linked below)

Action Required: Using the error above, please go to our help page Get help fixing a super payment to understand why the payment failed and what needs to be done for it to be submitted successfully.

    Hey EAHUJA1,

     

    It's great to hear getting your super payment through before 30/06/2025. The “4030: Employer not found” error pops up when one of the systems Pay Super uses to check your business details or ABN is temporarily down, which can cause payments to fail. There's nothing wrong on your end. You can resubmit your super payment later once the system's back up and running. There’s an extra info about this error in the link included in your email if you want to take a look.
