Could MYOB support reply urgently please? I've tried to call as well but after waiting for a long time, the line just went silent.

Oh no, that doesn't sound fun at all. Sorry you had that experience trying to get through to us. That "something went wrong" message in Pay Super can sometimes mean there's a deeper issue that needs a proper look. If calling us didn't do the trick, you've got a couple of other ways to reach us. You can reach our support team through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or you can also submit a case via My Account. They might need to double check things on your file or even run a quick script to fix it.
